"Purchased this for my WE-Tech F226 and it fits perfectly. No modifications were needed; just a quick swapping of parts that takes no more than 10 minutes.

To start, the gas efficiency is much higher thanks to the spring set. I can easily get 45-50 rounds before the mag runs out now, compared to the 25-30 before (allowing the magazine to cool about 40 seconds for every 10 shots fired).

- The blowback is only slightly stronger, while the trigger pull is much firmer when using double-action. When cocked, the trigger has a smoother pull.

- The snap of the slide return is much stronger than what the stock spring could achieve. The recoil spring is about 1/2" longer than the stock one.

Overall, this is a great inexpensive purchase for better gas efficiency. Best to purchase it with the gun to start out with a more efficient sidearm.
