"Having gone into airsoft as a sniper/DMR user, Im sure my first complaint was one of everyone's first complaints, which is not being able to rest your cheek on the stock properly. I tried various masks and I came across this mask, and I have used it ever since. It is very light, very fast to put on even with one hand, does not bounce around and slip like other mesh masks, and more importantly it allows me to rest my cheek on the stock (and with the padding it helps me catch a breath comfortably while still being able to engage) and to get low enough to have a proper shooting position to make shot after shot without having to turn my head nearly 90 every shot. I recommend this mask to everybody looking for a low profile, lightweight, comfortable mask. And as far as the velcro goes, I find that having a boonie hat keeps everything from scratching around, but when you're in game it isn't enough to notice.

"This lower facemask is amazing. I went to the evike super store, and was helped by a salesperson named Steve. I asked for these, and he delivered. He tol me all I needed to know, helped me with some of my guns, and best of all, sold me this.

The straps are free velcro, so you can take them all the way off and reattache them in diferent ways to fit your head. The mask fits to your face easily, and the skull painted on is just incredible. I look very intimidation wearing them. Steve told me that not many people actually wear the mask itself, so you are able to look very unique.

I bought these along with the Flak Jag googles. I told Steve that I wanted to also get smoked googles, but was a bit dissapointed when he brought them out. Until, he told me they came with thinted lense. The googles fit very well with the mask and it's style, and the black lense looks extra cool in colaberation with the skull. The mask is mesh, but only around the nose and mouth. Everything else is just tough velcro.

PROS:

Breahtable
Fits to your face
Looks unique with FlakJag
doesn't fog up goggles
Skull is insanely cool

CONS:

Expensive
Velcro part is scratchy, itches up your cheeks.

"Just received these today, tried then on with Valken Sierra goggles, and they fit pretty well, at least if you're white, here are some pros and cons:
PROS:
Nice steel, not bending any time soon
Fits easy
Cool tactical black
CONS:
To all my fellow Asian airsofters, get some sort of padding for the cheek area, trust me its annoying.
Thats about it, hope this was a helpful review!

"Ok so this mask is decent, but it for the price, I have found that it is uncomfortable and annoying to use.

Pros:
Protective
Looks cool
Breath easily

Cons:
Velcro is EXTREMELY scratchy
Big Velcro thing in the middle so it is hard to move your face around.
Presses really hard on my nose
Hurts

This is decent and ok, if u can get by the pain of Velcro constantly rubbing on you, then this is for you

I will have a video on YouTube coming up soon that is reviewing this mask, my channel name is FPS Wolf Airsoft.

"This mask gets the job done well. It definitely helps keep you cooler during those summer games. My biggest problem with this mask, however, is how uncomfortable it is compared to the other versions there are here on evike. I personally prefer the version with bigger cheek padding and ear protection. It also chafes on my nose a little, but I suppose that it all depends on how big or small your nose is.

"Absolute Garbage!!!

I have 3 masks, this is by far the worst. It has no ergonomics. Its a metal plate thats kinda fit to go over your nose, that you then strap to your skull with 6 velcro straps. Its junk. You have to strap it on and its never comfortable.

There are way better options out there.

"Okay so first of all, WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE IS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED. To describe what I did receive in relation to the mask in the picture, the headstrap is one piece, a different one than the picture has. It bunches up, and really, I don't see it fitting the curvature of anyone's head without bunching uncomfortably and awkwardly. The sides of the mask in the picture have velcro on the entire non-mesh surface, and the one I received has only enough velcro to attach the head straps (No velcro past where the strap ends in the picture). The actual metal part of the mask is abysmal. I am a pretty huge scaredy cat when it comes to the possibility of getting shot in the facethat's why I bought this maskbut, I was very disappointed to find that the metal part only covers my upper cheekbones and nose, as well as a short panel which spans my lips, but the other areas of my face I would generally be worried about getting shot are just padded, soft material. I play in a CQC arena, and I can't tell you how many times I've been shot in the face at less than five feet. To give a picture of what the soft portion feels like, I can easily fold it completely inward.

Pros:
None really, I didn't get what I saw and paid for

Cons:
Not what what shown in the image
Low hard material coverage for such a big mask
Doesn't look that good, its bulky looks would only be made up for if it actually provided protection to the cheeks or jawline
Does not fit goggles cleanly
Sits uncomfortably, slung around the head as if an itchy ice-pack was bandaged to your mouth

Overall, I bought this mask for the protection levels, the velcro surface customizability, and the compatibility with goggles

The mask offers low protection levels, has no velcro surfaces extending outside of the area for the straps (wrong image), and it fits horribly with goggles, so, yeah, I am not really happy with it. I can say I will never wear this onto the field. It will probably either slouch down and fall off my face, or I will get a bad impact hit on my back teeth because of the flimsy cheek protection. Maybe the mask in the image would be a better fit for my helmet loadout.
