"Love this gun! Got an older one in a trade with a friend, loved it and just got in a new one. I ordered the type a with the longer magazine. Just for everyone’s information, I also got the kjw kco2 thread adapter for the barrel, got the orange infill out of the tip of the barrel just to discover it’s not threaded under there. Other than that I m excited to take it out to a game day soon.

"Great GBBR right out of the box, easy components and maintenance. Gas mags have pretty decent gas consumption from my experience. Range even with the short inner barrel is decent TDC hop-up really helps mine did max out around .32g bbs which is typical from what i've read. Did have a slight left curve, bucking was a little turned but after 3 months Rouge Worx parts went in. Pretty darn accurate at 100ft out of box, 130ft is about where semi auto comes in handy.

Pros:
Easy for new GBBR owners
Price is great
Decent out of box performance
Good gas mags IMO
Upgrades are available
Community for this rifle is awesome

Cons:
Stock's buffer tube setup is a little weird, cannot be swapped with a normal buffer tube without modding
Barrel is not threaded
LE grips stink IMO lol can be swapped easy

Great out of the box, and GODLY with Rogueworx Genesis hop-up kit. All Rogueworx upgrade parts are top notch upgrades if/when you decide you want more from this rifle.

Long green gas mags are the best. Short green gas mags have extra-tall rails that can rub the bolt and cause cycling problems.
