I set the adjustable to 340 so I can change from Field FPS to CQB FPS in seconds by dropping in a different bolt carrier assembly.

Gun is heavy and solid. Gen III model has all the upgrades that fix most of what people had problems with such as cracking stocks. I have had mine about a year and it works awesome still.

As with all GBBs you should tear down and lube/grease moving parts and check bolts to be tight. Valve has a tendency to loosen as does the one in the recoil spring assembly.
As hard as this gun kicks its no surprise.
I actually enjoy the gun maintenance so its a pro for me.

Feilded this gun saturday and it was amazing! the range is great, the kick is a lot of fun, the sound intimidates people, and it is surprisingly accurrate. Lube it a lot. this thing really sucks up the lube. I recomend buying an NPAS and lots of spare mags for this. Lots of people will come up to you and ask you about this gun. Only cons i can think of is mag capacity and mag price but if you have the money this is what you want. I will never go back to AEGs.

"I just received my SCAR, it was more than i expected. The whole gun is solid, no wobbles or creaks. It ways more than I anticipated, but I prefer it that way. I also was surprised on how loud it was. Your friends and oppents will be wondering "WTF was that!" I am very impressed, this is a most buy for anyone looking to get a GBB that is affordable. I only had one problem, the stock button that holds the stock in place came broken. It seems to be acommon problem. Just call EVIKE and they will ship you a replacement part. I could care less about the button, the badassness of the gun outweighted that issue.

Verdict: great gun, realistic as heck, awesome field stripping, heavy (good thing), HARD recoil & LOUD... must buy!
