"Got it for my E&L AKS-74N

Had to file down the part where it goes into the receiver just a little bit. Installing it was pretty simple after that. However, with the E&L anyway, the back of the hand guard does not flush just right with the receiver. Once installed the whole thing is solid with no movement at all.

Pros:
rock solid with no wobble at all

Cons (also my bias):
does not flush with E&L
no instruction manual (look up actual Zenitco instruction videos if needed)
no engraved markings like the pictures shown

"Had to file down the inserts on the back of the hand guard for it to fit my LCT ak74 mn. It fit well, handguard retainer went on fairly easily but felt just a tad bit loose but after fully installing everything the rail is nice and sturdy on my rifle, my sling is attached to the sling mount on the hand guard retainer and have had no issues.

Basis rail attachments fit well on this rail. Picatinny rail on top wont cause wobble on attachments.. Light weight, nice trade marks.

4 stars because I had to do some work for it to fit on my gun. Overall this is a good replica.

"The kit itself is simple to assemble and works great AFTER you need to file down the back part to fit the AK; otherwise, it won't fit. Additionally, mine didn't come with the Russian text at all; it was just plain, which was a letdown after seeing others that came with it. Besides all that, the kit is good!
