Every airsoft player loves the idea of being invisible just like Novritsch does.

Unfortunately, he couldnt find a camouflage system that would fit my requirements, so Novritsch designed his own.

As a general rule, your head is almost always visible. If you can see the enemy, he can also see you. Thats why its important to camouflage your head and your face. The 3D leaves on the boonie hat break up the shape of your head. Therefore, enemies wont be able to distinguish you from your surroundings. Standard baseball caps or helmets have the same shape as your head so a boonie hat is my preferred headwear choice.

"I have made a review on the novritsch 3d ghillie on evike here and I stand by what I said with the ghillie in that review. Read it to fully understand what I'm talking about. The boonie is nice to help blend in your head in the surroundings. The cord tension is pretty nice. As I said about the ghillie on plate carriers this is also nice instead of a bulky helmet. Very breathable and light weight. Fits perfectly even for people with a really big head. Definitely worth it. Honestly in the shadows it kinda looks like your freddy kurger or something. I personally feel the hard core ghillie suits out there are a bit over kill. The kickingmustang ones especially. I'm not trying to mock his ghillies they are cool but to me a bit pointless for sniping. At least in my mind, why do you really need to be ghillied up so much? If you need to be ghillied so people can't see you point blank then why are you sniping. You shouldn't ever let people get that close to you to begin with because you are sniping. If you are going to let people get that close to you then the kickingmustang ghillie is better ideal for cqb players outside in the woods. At least that how I view it. The novritsch ghillie is enough for long distance. It dose the job and helps hid you when you are sniping. No people will see you up close but again why are you letting people get that close as a sniper haha. So the Nov ghillie stuff is just enough to do the job for long range ghillie. No more no less. Its fast and easy to take off and this boonie is just like the ghillie suit fast and easy. If you are in a super hot day this will keep you cool.
