A spacious utility pouch suitable for storing first aid items. Additionally, a ballistic panel can be inserted into the pouch to provide shrapnel protection for the lower abdomen. The pouch is also suitable for carrying any other contents. The exterior of the pouch features Velcro for patches, such as a blood type patch or any other. On the lower part of the exterior, there are two elastic bands that can be used to secure a tourniquet.
