"Purchased the 10” black. A couple things to note.

First it’s a tight snug fit to your inner barrel at both ends. If you have an outer barrel that is out of spec dimensionally at all, it may not fit. However if it does the snug fit is great for accuracy consistency.

Second, the main part of the barrel (carbon fiber part) is pretty thin as well. I would not necessarily use this in a build where it will be mostly exposed with a short rail.

Third the barrel is glossy. I have used MAC barrels in other builds and the black ones are matte finish which honestly I prefer but the 10”+ sizes have become nearly extinct in the U.S.

Other than that wow is it light. Carbon fiber outer barrels do so much for the overall weight of your build. Many of us never realize just how heavy a full metal outer barrel weighs. Even compared to aluminum this thing is light. If the price doesn’t scare you it’s an awesome upgrade. You will get a lot of compliments.
