Based on the experience of Airsoft players and technicians in our R&D department, we have identified the four most commonly upgraded replica components. By analyzing these components, we have sought to bring our factory replicas closer to custom builds. Leveraging the extensive Airsoft experience of our R&D and Product teams, and our long-standing market presence, we have implemented technological processes and servicing techniques that mirror those used in the production of tuning parts and custom builds. The result is a product that we believe will satisfy even the most demanding Airsoft players.

TDC hop up chamber, flat-hop bucking, and 6.02mm stainless steel inner barrel
The precision system is one of the first assemblies to be upgraded in Airsoft replicas. This is a common modification whether it's just the hop-up rubber or the entire system including the barrel, hop-up rubber, and hop up chamber. We decided to redesign the chamber, drawing inspiration from the top-tier tuning hop-up chambers available on the market. The result is our Top-Down-Centre Magnus chamber. Combined with our proven HELIUM flat-hop rubber, specifically designed for heavier Airsoft BBs to ensure greater shot-to-shot consistency compared to lighter counterparts, and a 6.02mm stainless steel barrel for excellent accuracy and durability, this system offers a significant performance upgrade.

AETHER gearbox
The second most commonly modified component of an Airsoft replica is the gearbox. In this case, we decided not to compromise and completely redesigned the heart of the PRIME line. We started from scratch, designing an entirely new gearbox shell that offers not only exceptional durability but also numerous features for those who want to know how their replica works.

The AETHER gearbox shell has been engineered to provide the highest durability available in a factory replica. At the same time, it adheres to one of our core brand principles: high compatibility with parts from other manufacturers. This makes it an excellent foundation for the most demanding custom builds and can be used in other replicas as well.

The best is inside! Pneumatic system and gears set
With a robust gearbox shell in place, we turned our attention to the internals. A completely new pneumatic system was our first focus. Our goal was clear: maximum airtightness and compression efficiency. The steel cylinder features external ribbing for effective heat dissipation, preventing significant diameter changes even during extended firing, and ensuring a consistent seal. The aluminum cylinder head is equipped with two o-rings for sealing and is designed to work seamlessly with the cylinder. The dedicated, sealed nozzle is designed for compatibility with the MAGNUS hop-up chamber. An aluminum piston head, precision-fitted with an O-ring, mounted on a polymer piston with a steel rack, ensures a perfect seal and efficient operation. The enlarged ventilation holes in the aluminum head promote consistent airflow.

The next step in creating a reliable gearbox was the gear set. Instead of the common sintered steel gears, we've opted for CNC-machined steel gears with a 16:1 ratio. Additionally, we've refined the shimming process to ensure perfect gear alignment.

Dark Matter Brushless motor
The final component identified by our R&D department was the motor. Traditionally, users had to choose between high torque or high speed motors. However, with the implementation of BLDC technology, this choice is no longer necessary. Brushless motors allow us to achieve both high torque and high speed simultaneously.

We were the first manufacturer in the world to present a line of replicas with BLDC motors installed straight from the box.

A great motor is just the beginning. To ensure optimal motor-to-spur gear alignment, we've introduced a new pistol grip with an improved QD system and refined motor angle.

Improved Easy Spring Access 2 System (ESA2)
Years ago, we were the first to introduce the tool-less spring change system, SAEC, which evolved into the ESA2 standard. Now, we present an improved ESA2 standard. To increase durability and reliability, we have increased the wall thickness of the stock tube guide rod by over 50%. Simultaneously, to distribute stress more evenly and increase the stability of the main spring guide, we have extended the effective thread of the guide rod.

S-MAG
This magazine is known for its compact, durable construction and smooth design. Notably, it features the distinctive texture with Specna Arms logos. Made from durable polymer, its unique construction ensures compatibility with most replicas on the market and is ideally suited for various tactical setups. The S-MAG enables seamless feeding of BBs even at high rates of fire.
