The Tokyo Marui M16A1 is considered the grandfather of all modern-day AEGs. One of the first "AEGs" Tokyo MArui produced as far back as the '90s. While it has been around since the 1990s in the Asian market, their availability has been limited/restricted due to licensing and importation issues; however through Evike.com and partners, the tried and true Marui V2 system rifles are now finally going to be readily available state-side once again.

Patterned after the original ArmaLite AR-15, Colt rifles have been in the hands of the US Military as well as many civilian enthusiasts since the adoption of the M16 combat rifle. Through years of hard use and first hand feedback to improve and evolve the weapon platform, the Colt M4 and M16 has risen to be one of the most popular and trusted combat rifles around the world.
