" Excellent Lightweight Affordable DMR!!
This Airsoftgun looks and feels like a DMR but weighs like a carbine. Other DMR's are heavy and will tire you out more easily, and although it's made of polymer, it is metal where it should be: Outer Barrel, Buffertube, Gearbox, HopUp Unit. However, I recommend going easy on the accessories; the rails can snap off and break if you try to yank or slam an accessory while it's mounted to the picatinny.
Shooting this rifle does feel like a DMR: slower cycle rate, more power, and bigger size. The Trigger Response is decent, you cannot spam it but it can keep up with a fast steady trigger finger. I always love the click of a micro switch, so upgrading the mosfet or motor may not be necessary if you like the slower DMR rate of fire with a surprising RPS of 20~22. I would upgrade the Inner Barrel; the stock inner barrel is about 350mm long, which doesn't fully extend to the end of the Outer Barrel. My FPS jumped up from 415 to 430 after adding a 416mm X 6.03 tight bore.
As for any other Internal Upgrades, I'd also upgrade the HopUp Unit and Bucking. The stock HopUp Unit did not really work out of the box, but I'm willing to bet that the stock HopUp Unit I had was a lemon. Luckily the HopUp Unit is a standard M4 style HopUp Unit so anything like a MAXX or Prowin HopUp Unit will work just fine.
As for External Upgrades, everything is standard SR25 ... except for the Buffertube. It is similar to the CYMA Platinum QBS which allows you to easily twist off the buffertube and change the spring on the fly. Therefore, most AEG Fixed Stocks and Sling Plates won't work.
Overall, I think this Airsoftgun is perfect for those who are looking for an affordable way to get into the DMR role with the added bonus of being lightweight. There are a few things that I would change about the rifle, but, out of the box, I think it easily does a good job for what it's worth.
