WE-Tech M4A1 RIS Version 3 Open Bolt Airsoft Gas Blowback GBB Rifle

"Bought one from Evike (M4 CQB/ black version) - came last night and ... Its a V2 version not V3 as advertised. Do I care? Well not really since I have many WeTech M4 v2 Mags that I can use with this rifle.I have a R5C air which is a V3 and Did some testing. I can use the R5C upper (v3) on the M4a1 lower (V2) using the v3 bolt and vice versa. As long as the bolt version matching the lower it will work.

V3 magazine will work on v2 lower but v2 mags will not work on v3 lower. I tried it, dont make the same mistake I did and got my v3 mag stuck in the v3 lower.

About the rifle, well I have 4 We-Tech GBBrs, are they the best? No value for money? Big yes! They work and parts are easy to find. Great platform if you like to tinker with your gun

"recieved my we tech m4cqbr almost 2 weeks ago. I installed a ra tech aluminum magnetic locking nozzle and BOY does it work great. Also added a maple leaf autobot bucking and installed a BCM mod 3 real steel pistol grip (also on evike) and I'm in love _3
Right now I dont own a chrono, but she pierces the bottom AND top of cans w/ .25g bbs. Probably shoots hot but the nozzle has full adjustability for fps control and gas regulation so I'm not worried about field limits!
No aeg can ever come close to a gbbrs weapon manipulation simulation mechanics!
The only plastic part this gun comes with is the stock nozzle. With the upgraded aluminum nozzle this platform is as sturdy as ever. Dare I say, indestructible!
(Do remember to get trained on gbbr maintenance, the biggest flaw of the GBBR platforms is the USER! KNOW YOUR GUN)
In conclusion, this m4 is so baller, if uncle sam sends another COVID check you can bet I'm buying another. No hesitation. Absolutely recommend, especially if you get the magnetic locking aluminum nozzle. I'd bet you would break before this rifle does.
Only con I can think of is, the stock a2 grip and LE stock are garbage get rid of them. Oh yeah, the bolt catch will grind itself down due to friction almost guaranteed. It's just physics.
Lastly, a tip, use SILICONE based GREASE (or dielectric grease) on rubber seals under the valves and magazine body screws. You will NEVER have leaks if properly lubed.

"Kicks great and shoots straight, out of the box it had wayyyy too much hop up, and hop up is a little hard to adjust but I managed to get it shooting straight. Incredibly loud and the orange is hard to take off to add a suppressor (melt it). All in all, it is a great GBBR. (a lil heavy)
