Prometheus Reinforced Wide Use EG Gear Set for Airsoft AEGs

"Put these gears in a HK vfc urmarex 416a using a 30k ASG motor, m130 spring. Fantastic trigger response with semi and 29 rps full auto and stock length inner prommy barrel with 375 fps. Should be hitting 400 fps but think I have a bad piston head ring. Over all the gears are holding up fine. No chipmunk gear noise, but not super quite either. Gear sound is typical.

Con: gear axles are shorter as is the gear axle nub more than other drop in gears and I understand that these are engineered for krytac gear box. Havent tried them in one, so cant really confirm that from a store tech. Had to use quite a bit of shims to make up the gap difference and gear axle doesn't seat flush with the outer bushing hole. Axles sit a bit recessed inside. Shimmed the gear solid, so hope the bushings dont oval out.

I too had the same problem in my 13:1, the gears needed quite a few shims but they ended up fitting well in my Retro Arms V2 Split gearbox. The bevel gear is a little noisy because of how many teeth there is for the ARL. Other than that these gears have been amazing. I've tested over 30 RPS on a M125 by ASG with the Laylax high speed motor.
