"Take this review as you wish as im a newbie at airsoft and this is only my 3rd rifle ive bought. All i can say is, "WOW!" What a great feeling gun. Although i havent field tested yet. Ive ran a good anount of bb's through it, playing around. Seems to shoot straight, orrrr straight enough out of the box. The fake wood feels and looks real. The stock mag is a little gimmicky. But, i have mid-caps on the way. I found the battery relatively easy to install. But, take note in orientation of battery, wires and plug. As this is the para model. The battery goes under the top reciever cover. Once plugged in. Push wires and plug all the way forward toward the front sight. Be sure to have the battery wire that runs the length of the battery at the 8:00 position in order to clear the cover. It is so tight in there, the cover wont fit any other way. I purchased the AK flash hider / tracer unit with this. When installing, i found the front sight post very loose. So much so, i could spin it on the barrel. Really only thing keeping it together was the cleaning rod. When removing the cleaning rod. I found the set screw just sitting in the pin hole and not fastened. Refastened the screw and its no issue now. Just wanted to bring that to your attention and double check yours. The orange tip is removable, hiding 14mm- threads. The orange tip is side pinned and glued and is clocked with the ak spring loaded pin. Remember that pin is spring loaded and not trapped, it will fall out if not carefull. Magazine dons and doffs very easily. But, like i said before. The magazine feels cheap. Battery, charger and unjamming rod are included. But, no sling. Well, mine didnt have one. No deal breaker. I throw away stock slings anyway. Also came with some bb's. Those went file 13 also. I feel this to be a great purchase and of a great price.
I give this purchase a 10 out of 10.
Side note: would be nice if Evike through in a little swag with a purchase. Even if its just an Evike patch.
