"I bought this handguard for my king arms mk18 mod 0, i had bought a emg noveske rail N4 rail. However it did not fit. It fit my King Arms Mk18. Its a great rail, easy to install.

"Recently installed this 9.5" FDE rail on a CYMA M4 with a 10.5" outer barrel and clearing a EMG mock silencer tracer unit. The FDE is a bit more bronze than I expected but I really do not care that much. Eventually scrapes and scratches will even that all out. Hands down my favorite rail type due to the solid connection design; when installed correctly this is NOT going anywhere. Can handle above average game day beatings and sling deflection. The bolts will clear standard M4 receivers but some of the non-traditional receivers may vary.
Due to the attachment design (based on underside of barrel nut) this rail will extend out 9 9/16" from the receiver's leading edge. A picatinny optic mount across both receiver and rail sections when tightening these six bolts down will help with rail alignment. Also looks like this would work with the DD RIS III M203 mounting cradles (unconfirmed). The integral QD sockets did not lock to Magpul QD adapters; I would not use any aluminum integrated QD sockets anyways. ALWAYS steel QD sockets which rarely fail.
Personal preference I would run this ANYDAY over anyone's quad rail. I would probably run without any rail and just duck tape on accessories before a quad rail.

"I purchased this for my Noveske N4 from Double Eagle and it WILL NOT FIT, I had to modify the upper receiver (Will void your warranty) to get the hand guard screws to go past the upper receiver, Turned out looking sweet but again it will only fit if you modify the upper receiver. Looks like this will only fit non-special M4 clones. The double Eagle has an upper receiver that matches the hand guard from the Noveske so it’s a proprietary hand guard upper system.

This hand guard does come with a barrel but and everything you need for install besides any tools.
