"I’m going to preface this review with the fact I may be biased as I didn’t have a great experience with this product however evike is awesome and did me solid.

First the good: It looks amazing. Very unique, color is eye catching. Definitely nothing like it but that’s not unusual for strike industries.

Now for the bad (in my experience) The mounting is unique to this rail as it has a lever quick locking system, I think they refer to has the gridlok? I mean maybe for real steal this is a nice feature to quickly gain access to your gas block but for my Airsoft rifles it pretty useless. Once it’s on I’m not taking it off for a long time. The other thing it does is add a bunch of weight. I didn’t get to weigh this before returning but it’s very heavy all around. This is a multi piece design to accommodate the color variations so I think it all contributes equally to the overall grams of this. Next the mounting is a bit fidgety which you would think this design would actually solve. There are 2 grub screws on the back that need to be adjusted to get just the right fitment. Now nowhere does it tell you this but I found it after a few hours of digging. Maybe I got a dud but it never went on tight for me.

All in all if you don’t care about weight and love the look, it’s pretty darn cool. But your experience may vary on how your mounting actually goes.
