"I just wanted to drop basic info on this for those wondering:
The garand-locking action does full rack backward with the ability to hold it open using the bolt/slide lock on the left side - as long as you keep this slide lock depressed.

This is not a good or bad thing but don't expect it to stay locked as a toggle you must maintain pressure for it to function - it's kind of fun handling this garand mechanism to adjust the hopup but don't get garand thumb and don't let it smash home unnecessarily - it's an airsoft gun and not made of tool steel.

The auto/semi toggle is pretty tru to life in operation.
The plastic front sight post is windage adjustable. The metal front post offered on evike is not. Mine was crushed upon arrival - usable but I swapped it anyway. It had a red protective sleeve on it but that's probably why it was a lightening sale.

There is a gap between the bottom of the perceived receiver and stock.

The air venturi receiver mount kit *will* contain what is necessary to use on this gun - the horizontal mounting screwhole exists on the receiver already - but the stripper clip guide swaps with the included(in the mount kit) guide that contains the second mounting screwhole.

You must use classic army or g&g magazines. No tm, CYMA, AGM etc (untested but was part of my research)
So I don't know if an angel/firestorm M14 drum adapter will work or not

The mosfet beeps when the battery is low.
You can program in 3 round burst in place of auto.
Nice big buttstock compartment door for access.

It's not a hammer like and ak, m4 or any krytac or sub 300 dollar aeg but I think this would make a proper game gun for all but cq speed ball.

I'll never part with this gun and I'm not even a real airsoft guy
