Matrix x Golden Eagle Full Metal M1911A1 Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistol (Color: Black)

"Not too bad for the price. There an annoying wobble to the slide but most 1911s have that and many go so far as to claim this is realistic to the real steel version. The replica is full pot metal contraction with polymer grips. The replica has a good weight to it and shoots okay for the price bracket, mine saw about 280-310 with .20s and standard green gas. Magazines are very cost efficient compared to 90% percent other other gas magazines out there (at least compared to VFC and WE). Filling the mags are a small pain compared to other replicas I own because there is no assist hole or outer ring connecting to fill valve, it's also worth mentioning that gas efficiency is painfully average as you'll get two to three mags max without overfilling the chamber. There are two functional safeties on this replica accurate to the real one. However I'm not certain that the hammer actually functions, it appears to possibly be purely cosmetic.

- Cosmetic Hammer (at least it still moves each time you shoot etc)

"Here are my pros and cons on the gas blowback 1911:
Pros: Good blowback
Full metal
Feels nice in the hand
Good weight
Very accurate (sometimes)

Cons:
Slide is a little wobbly but nothing major
Mags leak
Not gas efficient at all, I get one mag per load of green gas
I’ve also noticed an issue on mine where after a couple shots the hop up will go all the way to the no hop position, making it very inaccurate. Not a big issue for me since I don’t go to any major airsoft events.
Overall, I would give this gun a 4/5 mostly because of the mags leaking.
