Famously known as one of the best trout jigs in the world. A favorite tactic of the Sierra Slammers crew is fishing mini jigs. This style of trout lure not only catches a ton of fish but also seems to catch a disproportionate number of trophy trout as well. Various other companies produce mini tube jigs but the Sierra Slammers color selection and component quality make them second to none. New colors are constantly in development so check back often. Like all of our artificial plastic baits, these trout jigs are scent free allowing anglers in search of wild trout to safely practice catch and release, even in restricted bodies of water.

Comes in pack of 4 pre-loaded with 1/32oz jig heads with super sharp VMC #6 hooks.

Recommended for catching Trout, Bass, Perch, and Panfish like Bluegill, and Crappie. These are also great as saltwater lures when used for catching Surf Perch, Corbina, and more!

Sierra Slammers Custom Baits was founded in June 2012 by long childhood friends Mike Rigney and Jared Smith. Mike is an experienced tournament angler with a gift for gab and an all around fishy dude. Jared is the general manager of Parchers Resort & South Lake Landing in Bishop, CA and has authored two successful fishing guide books (Fishin' Trails & Fishin' Trails 2). Together they have over 50 years of combined experience fishing in both fresh and saltwater.
