The Mission Spec Should Savers offers shoulder fatigue relief when combined with plate carriers such as the Mission Spec EC2. Will fit most plate carriers that utilize 2" wide (or less) shoulder straps. The ShoulderSavers mk3 can also be used to route communication cables and hydration tubes.

"Shoulder pads are very comfy and spongy, multicam color is spot on and not off color! Also the side loops obviously comes in handy for managing hydro or accessories.
