"-The optic mount is included- Just in case you were wondering.

Easy install, a lot of extra hardware included to fit most slide mounted red dots on top. Does need a few cycles for everything to break in and smoothen out such as the slide lock and the mag dropping freely. Other than that it was a direct drop in install, no fitting required.

Now the reality and practicality of these pistol/ carbine/ pdw kits vs other pdw style options out there... that's up to you. Loaded with duel mags, folding stock, and optic its getting a bit on the chunky side so the benefits vs cons may start out weigh another when compared other options. It has its place in the world, mine being a nice companion when running an LMG. But your mileage will very.

Overall I'm very impressed. A bit on the pricey side especially when you add in the stock, sight, and base gun. But the build quality is superb, install was a breeze. Not much more to say. If you like your m17 and want something different, go for it.
