Matrix Full Size SR25-K Precision Rifle Airsoft AEG (Model: Metal Receiver / Black)

"I've had this gun for about a year now and I have to say, it's a great gun.
However, it is probably the Paris Hilton of airsoft AEG's.
It is kind of high maitenence, seeing as it is made my A&K.
A&K isn't the greatest gun maker on the market, but I clocked this gun at about 435 fps with .20 gram bbs. Getting the battery in the crane stock is a pain in the butt, but once you get it in, you dont have to take it out unless you need to charge it.
The battery isnt great, so i reccomend a 4200mAH battery for high capacity
It shoots very fast and definitely packs a punch. I got a dot reflex sight for mine, and I highly suggest you get a scope or a sight, because the iron sights arent great, especially for night airsofting.

This gun is great for sharpshooting and assault. It's alright at coverage, but you'd need more than one magazine. At CQB, i dont reccomend it. it shoots way to far to be consistent and is heavy and long.

I actually change my vote to 4 1/2 stars because the only issue is that it needs some maitenence but other than that, its a great gun. AND IT SHOULD BE IN CALL OF DUTY DAMMIT THIS THING WOULD RAPE

"I have had this gun for a year now. Performs great out of the box. Put in a longer barrel and r-hopped it which increased the range and accuracy a lot which already happened to be good. Sadly thats about all the farther you can upgrade this gun without needing some serious tech help. I’ve upgraded my friends guns in the past for them even done hpa conversions. This gun the only “drop in” item is the barrel and hop up. Extra mags you will need to sand down in some areas (may have been the few I bought) to fit properly. This is an amazing gun to use at first but I would recommend something else if you are wishing to upgrade to top performance at your field.

"I found this gun to be great for the price but if your looking for something super sturdy and reliable then it's worth buying a more expensive gun
Pros:
Full metal receiver
Grate range (I was able to get the same rang as my buddy's 500$ krytac)
Stock is comfortable
Cons:
The selector switch fell off did to is being plastic.
The front post has to be cut off if you want to put on a new rail system.
I have had repeatedly had to bench me gun and grab a back up in the middle of a game due to me motor height changing on its own.

Over all this is a good gun for the price that if you buu this rifle I would recommend upgrading it right away and strongly prohibit taking it on the field stock.

"The externals on this gun are good. The internals however are not, at least not on the one I received. Within 1000 rounds a gear broke several teeth jamming the gun. After that was fixed the back of the piston broke off. I upgraded the gear set and upgraded the piston along with AOE and added a mosfet. I haven't had any issues since those upgrades.

"I got this gun a few days ago and when I got it the instructions sucked and I could not find out how to put he battery in (it doesn't come with a battery) but the next day we shot it and after 30 min it jammed like crazy and then the next day I shot it and it started clicking and could not find out what was wrong with it. So I don't recommend this gun !

"Decent externals. Subpar internals The one I have broke a few teeth off the spur gear and snapped the back off the piston after about 1000 rounds. I upgraded the gear set and piston. Changed to a M125 piston and corrected AOE. No issues after the upgrades. Shoots around 410 pretty consistantly.

"Externals are good. Cheap stock. The spur gear on mine broke a couple teeth, and ended up breaking the back of the piston off in the first 1000 rounds fired. Replaced the gear set and upgraded the piston and havent' had any issues since.

"This gun is terrible. I got my jg sr25 and put a 6.03 509mm barrel in it. It would misfeed alot with all 3 mags I had, would double fire and wouldn't fire very far. Put the stock barrel back in it and it fixed the feeding issue and the double firing issue but the bbs had way to much back spin on it with the hopup turned off. Put a stronger spring and new metal spring guide in it, aoe corrected it, and shimed it after that. Fixed the back spin issue for a total of 15ish shots. Then the mosfet burned out. Got the mosfet replaced and then the trigger post inside the gearbox broke, so now I have to buy a whole new gear box. Stay far away from this gun and company. Huge waste of money and time.
