"This is an amazing sniper rifle, it has high fps and is extremely accurate. The overall contruction of the gun is great, and the rifle is very light weight, great if you plan to move up and around lots in skirmishes. In my opinion, this is the best sniper rifle I have ever owned. But a word of advice, use a .25, .28, .30, or heavier gram BB for better accuracy.

"I got the 600 FPS version and it is super freaking accurate (I use 0.30g bb) and goes super far. Not legal in most fields but we have a huge forest we section off for our Airsoft gaming and this sniper is only allowed to be used for special games.

"To start off I will say I have both the gas and spring version. This is going to be an honest review and since I have about 30+ airsoft sniper rifles I believe I have very good first hand experience to tell you which sniper is good, which is meh and which ones plain out suck. Read on to see which it is. Out of the box. The sniper is pretty good, looking even with the plastic body. The fluted barrel gives it a nice expensive look the magazines are your typical looking magazines for this type of sniper, nothing more and nothing less. It is very easy to remove the orange tip with a heat gun and locking pliers. Once the orange tip is removed, you will find threads, where you can put an adapter and use your 14 mm attachments. The Picatinny rail atop the Barrett can be replaced with any old Remington 700 Picatinny rail as this allows you to then put any scope mount on this rifle. This sniper rifle is very light, weighing in at only 2920g and actually feels pretty good to hold. This rifle has two QD attachment areas and is light enough to allow for a comfortable sling experience. OK now let’s get down to business.
The bolt pull. Out of the 30+ sniper rifles that I have, this one is the only one that has this type of bolt pull feel and I wasn’t expecting that since most gas bolt snipers are very smooth just like real sniper rifles. The bolt pull has a resistance that is akin to a light spongy spring, it’s hard to describe. It’s almost as if there is air pressure that is causing the resistance, like a mushy piston, if that makes sense. It’s not bad but it’s not smooth like the rest. At first I thought it felt this way because of the gas but even without the gas, it still has that mushy resistance. I will say though that you can still fire off a ton of shots very quickly but unlike other sniper rifles, this may slow you down a bit but not much.
Gas insertion. In order to get gas into this rifle you have to remove the magazine and the hole is actually located in the barrel. You have to go through where the magazine sits but the problem is that most gas canisters and the tip will not reach all the way into the barrel. This was thought of since the rifle does come with a green gas tip extender but even with this, I cannot get it to reach inside far enough to get a proper gas injection. This is part of the reason I don’t really play with this rifle anymore because It’s almost impossible to get a good gas injection and it ends up getting sprayed all over the inside of the gun. So if you’re going to get this gun, then you should want to maybe get a skinny gas canister or rig something up so that you can reach the injection hole.
Bottom line.
Pros: looks very nice
Lightweight
Barrel allows for adapter to 14mm thread
Magazines can be easily found and are cheap
Shots are consistent
QD sling points and lightweight allow for comfortable carrying
Remington 700 picatinny rail fits for more scope mount variety

Cons: bolt pull is mushy (not necessarily bad, depends on the person)
Gas injection site is a nightmare
Body is cheap plastic
Magazine release button is hard to depress
