"I ordered this item in hopes that it would function, or at least be serviceable. I received the silver and black version, complete with both the extra grip and two magazines.
Issues:
The mag release had been removed.
Fix:
Sadly, I could not find a way to fix this issue, but you can re-insert the release without the spring, you just have to hold it so it doesn't drop the mags. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd love to hear it.
Notes: It seems to be quite efficient in CO2 usage, a single 12g cartridge has lasted me 5+ mags.
Since the mags can drop randomly, it is limited to a plinking gun.
The slide is rather clanky on return sound, but recoil is still satisfying.
If you're willing to run the risk of something else being wrong with this gun, or having to hold the mags/mag release manually, this gun is quite nice. Definitely good for $35.
