"Definitely one of the highest quality "milled" style AK receivers you can buy!

This baby is designed for the Tokyo Marui assembly style of AK AEG, so sadly this won't fit in place of most of the higher end AK receivers out there. So sadly, if you're a purist and you want that "milled" receiver look, you'll have to stick with TM style front ends or buy the LCT for Marui front end with the adapter. That being said, this receiver is quite nice and looks better than all the others on the market like it aside from the LCT "milled" style receiver, which is no longer in production.

Pros
- Good, sturdy construction
- Nice matt finish so it's not shiny...AKs are supposed to look worn and dirty IMO
- Good fitment and dimensions for direct swap with Tokyo Marui internals and externals
- Great feel

Cons
- Not compatible with more realistic AK AEG parts
- Not made of steel like it should be

All in all, this is a great buy and you won't be disappointed...unless you're a purist who demands a realistic look to your AK AEG.

"I used this metal body for a JG AK47, and everything fit right...Except for the magazines! The magazine "lip bar" that the front of the magazine hook onto was cut TWICE as tall compared to my CYMA's original receiver. I've got magazines from RealSword, CYMA, Dboys, and JG and the only ones that BARELY fit are the G&P AK47 midcap and JG waffle hi-cap. The quality of the metal is fantastic, and the integrated stock-tangs is a wonderful idea, but it just doesn't work with my magazines. I'm disappointed with the body, and will be looking for a new one.
