"Great rig for the price!

Fits my Camelbak perfectly!
Also, does a good job with a variety of mag types!
You can fit six m4/m16 mags, four g3/m14 mags, or twelve mp5 mags without buying a single extra magazine pouch! Very useful and cheap body armor!

"I bought this chest rig in the hopes I could have a fallback from my SDEU vest, something that I could throw on real fast for longer engagements outdoors and have everything I need, at the ready. When mine arrived, I was actually pretty surprised at how well-made the whole affair is, it's pretty robust and durable. Don't be dissuaded by the example image, the product you will receive is actually of higher quality than is depicted on the retail site.

I was unable to find its material care tag so I'm not entirely sure what it was constructed of. I don't think it's Cordura, but it seems fairly comparable in tensile strength and doesn't seem to be cheaply-made. The real test though, will come from putting it through its paces.

As advertised, this is a six-cell, double-shingle chest rig. It will indeed hold twelve STANAG-type magazines or Magpul P-MAGs and there's PALS/MOLLE webbing all over the thing. I would like to have seen it with an admin panel attachment to the front, but there's at least some real estate on the top of the hydration carrier in back for velcro patches.

This vest will fit larger framed individuals up to about 2XL. I'm right around the 1-1/2XL area and a lot of other vests and chest rigs offered here on the retail site are designed more for the Medium crowd, so this rig is an absolute lifesaver. I paired mine off with a Condor H-Harness that carries a pouch for my MP7 mags, a triple-cell singleshingle M4 pouch, two FBs and a utility bag for long-haul games. This rig with or without the H-harness is a lightweight, high-speed setup designed to offer great mobility and loadbearing capability.

...And it fits. 5/5.

PROS:

Made of durable, lightweight materials
PALS/MOLLE in all the right spots
QD buckles to fast-ditch
Holds 12 STANAG magazines

CONS:

Would like to have seen an admin panel
Tactical spork, once again, not included

"First, this rig would've gotten 5 stars if the straps had been able the tighten up the rig a little more. The common complaint that the rig sits loose isn't unfounded. I'm 6' and 185 lbs, pretty much a medium build and not fat, and had the problem a lot of the other reviewers had.

That being said, get some 550 paracord, loop the straps to get some of the slack out, and braid the paracord through the loops you put in the straps and the Molle on the side and back of the rig, you can get this thing to fit perfectly.

Besides the fitting issue (which can be corrected), the actual design itself is great, everything is easy to get to, and if you always run a hydration carrier (which I never leave home without), this chest rig is very low profile and pretty durable.

If NCStar tinkers with the dimensions of this chest rig to allow resizing to be easier, it'd be perfect.

"I would say a 4 star chest rig system. I got this in December of 2016, science then I have fielded it 18 times and it is practically indestructible. This is good, I have even been dragged by the carry handle and it held up so I am glad I picked this vest. Something I was not pleased with was the size; I got the smallest size possible and even fully loaded with all of my gear it is still too big. I have tightened all the straps and I loaded every pouch including the hydration pouch. This may just be a personal problem as I am about 5` 7" however I am about as big around as a toothpick. I have a very slim build and this rig did not stay in place and moves all over my body.
Pros
sleek
durable
plenty of mag space
hydration carrier
space to attach extra pouches
adjustable to height

Cons
not the snuggest fit in the width(not a problem if ur not super skinny)
the molle seems a bit weak in places
does not breath where it is contacting the clothes you area wearing
all mag pouches are permanently fixed in place

All in all though it is a good skirmish vest, this is not something you should take to a milsim but it is something that is great for your local outdoor field or possibly even CQB; I would not know about CQB as I play outdoors. The rig is extremely durable and can withstand some abuse. I would recommend this rig to any new player or to an experienced player who is looking for something light weight and fully loadable. There are a few trick I have learned with my rig and use for the wires on my comms but you can figure out the best way to run your comms through this system.

Pros: High quality fabric
Good seams
I like the velcro with the button snaps integrated in!
Decent MOLLE
Really good bladder space in the back
Nice adjustability on the straps(high quality)

Cons:
it hardly fits 2x mags per slot. You really have to wear them in
I can only fit 6 mags
You have to Buy MOLLE pouches for a lot of magazines
Bungee straps over the mag pouches get annoying

Overall I say this is a good deal, And i'm happy I bought it.
A great started vest to work off, and Affordable.

"I've had this chest rig for almost a year now and I am extremely happy with it. It is very light and breathable, yet does the job someone would expect it to do.

Pros:

Light
Cheap
Holds 12 m4 mags w/o issue
Full MOLLE
Hydration Bladder container built in

Cons:

Cannot make the chest rig very small. Not great for smaller people
Kangaroo pouch tabs can be a bit annoying at times
Hard to put two mags in one pouch at first

I highly recommend this chest rig to anyone who likes to be light on their feet, cooler in the summer or just wants a cool chest rig for under $40. For this price range, you can't beat this chest rig.

"Great piece, it fits a medium to heavy size build better but itll get the job done all around. mags in pouches can be a pain to remove when reloading. molle seems good, must buy a hydration pouch though. Protects small parts of chest and lightweight for run and gun play.
-----------------

-------
Lightweight/breathable
Molle
comfortable
hydration system ready
------------------
Cons
-------
Size is more for medium build
Mags can get stuck in pouches

overall great vest for price

"This is a good vest for the money.
The MOLLE is nice and strong, no need to worry about the straps breaking on you or anything like that. It's got a built in Camelbak carrier, though it is a little bit too small to carry a 70 oz. bladder. It will fit but it's a tight squeeze. The straps that secure the vest to you are strong and a cool feature is the velcro at the end of the straps so that you can secure them down and not have a bunch of fabric flying around you. The vest is very adjustable. The built in AR mag pouches are nice. There is a mesh lining on the inside which make the vest comfortable and breathable.

A couple problems I ran into is that there weren't any belt straps so it may ride up on you in a game.
Another problem is that there isn't a whole lot of MOLLE real estate to cover. It's just enough for me to fit my double ak/m4/g36 mag pouches on with a radio and a dump pouch.

Pros:
Strong
Adjustable
Built in Camel back
Built in mag pouches
Good vest for the $$$

Cons:
Not a whole bunch of MOLLE space
No belt straps

Overall: If you are looking for a MOLLE vest and don't want to break the bank this is a good option. I would highly recomend it to beginners and intermediate airsofters.
Thanks for reading.

"I got this vest about a week ago and I think it is a great vest for under $40.

Pro

Light weight
Lots of MOLLE
Integrated mag pouches and camel-back
Cheap
sturdy

Con

Can't adjust very much (If you're a smaller guy it wont fit well)
Can't fit 2 mags in the pouches very well
The bungee straps are set up wrong so you have to untie them and set them up right

All in all it's a great vest and I recommend it to even the most experienced players. You can build on it very nicely and it's comfortable. 4/5 stars
