"Sam here! Pretty good gun! Heres what I have to say..

Pros:
- Heavy weight. Full metal. Realistic!
- ROF can be changed by the nob on the front under the bipod.
- BIG magazine capacity!
- GREAT with 9.6 volt battery. Recommended!
- All the parts to a real life M60 are included on this rifle! Very detailed!
- Quiet, yet powerful!
- Great FPS, and accuracy is AMAZING!

Cons:
- DO NOT trust the carrying handle. Very cheaply made and can bend when you twist it!
- Magazine jams quite a bit.
- Battery can be a tight fit in the magazine holder.
- The switch for the box mag. is towards the gun. Put a piece of electrical tape over it because when you put your battery in, it will switch it to "off". Very big hassle to go back in and switch it back.
- WIres are sometimes to long depending on wire length of your battery.
- Recommend buying TWO batteries. Because the motor used for gun and motor used for box mag. uses lots of juice!!!
- DO NOT run with this gun! You will fall on it like my friend did and crap it right in half! Meant for walking/camping!

4 out of 5 for cons! But a very nice gun! NOT for starters!

"This gun is amazing!!! I heard on other reviews it didn't come with a battery and so i bought 2 batteries for it, and what do u know, it came with a 9.6V AND a charger... This is definitely better than any M249 I have ever fired but it can get to be a little cumbersome at times.

Pros-
-Came with a battery and charger
-Solid as a rock, wouldn't suggest dropping it though
-Carrying handle is strong enough to walk around with
-3500 Round mag!!!
-1000 Rds and no misfires like the m249 counterparts
-Very nice bi-pod and Vietnam style flash-hider included
-Adjustable ROF
Cons.
-Some plastic parts
-Not righty friendly
-A little heavy but not a problem for me
-A little big but not a problem for me
-No trades except for a small sticker that reads "Made In China" lol

Over all, this guns Pros greatly out-way the Cons to it (which are minor if anything). This thing is so badass that if it weren't heavy and huge, you couldn't feel like Rambo with it.

"For this price, nothing to complain. Overall, I really love this gun. The first shipment I got is defective. Evike replaced it so I thought it would be okay now. However, during my upgrades, I found that one of the gear box screws is stripped (non-functional) and also 4 out of 5 screws were loose, very loose. I had to tighten them. Beside that, the feed tube came off from the mag box in my 2nd game. Again, I had to open up and did a little fix on it. Surprisingly I found the inner mag box was cracked and lost a piece of plastic. What I can say is that A&K has REALLY BAD quality control. Evike plays no part in this.

The good thing is this gun is extremely easy to work on. I changed to a KM tightbore, a new M249 hop-up by Matrix(Fair quality), cleaned up the old stock grease and applied new grease. The old grease dried up after one game. I am going to put in a new piston with ball bearing , new Systema cylinder head, and a new Systema piston head for better compression.

Stock gun Chrono at 342FPS with 0.25g bb.

"Buying any LMG is like buying a project car, it will take time and parts to get peak performance. All LMG's will break down and need repair. None the less, this is one of the best LMG's I have handled, just wish it could have been good to go out of the box, at least for a little while.

"I got the m60, brand new, opened it up the day it got here, hooked up a fully charged battry, loaded it, pulled the trigger, and it jammed, unjammed it, reconnected the may, it shot a whopping three shots and jammed again. I don't know what the heck is wrong with it, but this is very dissapointing. Looked around for a solution, most say send it back.

"Overall the M60 VN is certainly a nice 1:1 example of the original M60. I carried the M60 for 18 mnths during my
tour in Vietnam. It brough back a lot of memories when I received it.
Many had stated it came with maker markings on it as often shown. Mine did not, its seems the latest models wll
not long have this markings.

Only thing in the box was the M60 and Box magazine.
There was NO MANUAL, you will have to download the manual from the Evike websight.
There were NO BB's, Battery or Battery Charger.
There was no correct flash hider for the true M60 as there once was.

This M60 will be used in a military collector display and not used in AS games.
All in all, it is well made, heavy and true to 1:1 build.

"Box came with the gun, box mag, and a handy-dandy barrel cleaning rod. Some videos and other reviews said theirs came with a replacement M60 flash hider, cheapo battery, and wall charger, so I was kinda disappointed mine did not have those. Out of the box the thing was shooting between 425 and 450 with a 9.6 NiMH battery. The bipod is very flimsy, and the barrel does not seat very well. The barrel is supposed to be removable so you can access the MOSFET jumper plug, but it should not wobble back and forth when it is put back in the gun. And the Mother is heavy. Overall I would say it is a fair product.

"I got this weapon in Feburary 11 and I got to say EPIC. The weight is awesome, the length seems natural for The Pig. But yet I was not 100% pleased. At first I noticed my feed tray was loose at the front, then after a couple weeks of test shooting and carrying it around it started to wobble at the midsection. The FIRST game the bi-pod broke the locking tooth on the left side and the barrel nearly fell out mid game. Im curious bout how long the gearbox will last due to the neccessary thinning of the sides to make it fit in the 60s narrower receiver. I love the variable ROF and I keep it low to stay true to the weapon and the drum is actually quite easy to work once you have the hang of it. Non-the-less I have to say for ANY Rambo guys or Nam buffs this is THE PIG for you.
Pros
Weight limits users
Length lends to accuracy
Variable ROF for true Pig feel or outragous ownage
OLD SCHOOL AWESOME
Cons
Exterior construction leavs room for improvement
Concerns bout narrow gearbox crackin under heavy loads

"2 Stars from me. The only reason I am not rating it as a 1 star is because its the only practically available M60 on the market.
Where do I begin?
This gun sucks. BUT, you can make it really good with a lot of time and effort! Be warned, this gun will not work well out of the box, and is liable to break on you after 1 or 2 games. THIS IS A PROJECT GUN AND NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FIRST TIME AIRSOFTERS!

Points:
- The materials and construction of the gun is BAD. EVERY Screw can be HAND LOOSENED out of the box, so you'll lose parts unless you fix this.
- Internals are garbage. Gears will shred and parts will burn out really fast. HPA is the only way to go here.
- Replacement parts are out there, but its got a good deal of proprietary parts as well. Thankfully, lots of boneyard'ed guns exist, so you can find spare parts with enough searching.
- Kinda heavy at 15 pounds, but if you didn't expect this, then I don't think you're doing enough research before buying guns. Upside is that every time you field this, it's a workout!

MY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Want to make this gun actually work well? Its going to be a bit of work, but it's very possible! This is what you should do:
+ PRIOR TO FIELDING IT AT ALL***: Go through and Loctite Blue (NOT RED) glue EVERY screw on the gun. Remember how I said all screws are loose on this thing out of the box? Yeah, stop your bipod from freeing itself from the gun after game two. Do this before even using it so that you save yourself some replacement parts later.
+ HPA it. Throw a Polarstar MG Fusion Engine in and hook up an HPA system. So much easier to use and much more reliable.
+ Replace the Box Mag with the Bullgear box insert. Much better motor, you won't have many issues from the box mag after.
+ Replace the feed system on this gun. The stock feed tube and connector are PROPRIETARY, and prone to breaking/getting lost. Look up a store called "ReMag" on reddit, they sell phenomenal feed tube overhauls that use 3d printed couplers on the feed tube so you never have to order a new box mag if part of the feed line breaks. Also, use thread tape (what they use to seal the threads on air compressors) to secure the feed tube line to the internal hop up unit. You don't want that popping out as you try to connect the feed tube at the start of a game.
+ More to come

I hope to get a guide posted on Reddit to walk people through how to overhaul this gun to make it work as intended. Please stay tuned for an updated review once I have that finished. In the meantime, please follow my guide above to save you the pain of seeing your dream gun fall apart!
