Systema New Version Polycarbonate Piston for V.II and V.III Gear Box

SYSTEMA Polycarbonate Piston is the lightweight piston with high impact-durability. It contains least possible glass fiber unlike
the conventional ones. It also suits to the mainstream high-speed tune-up and has excellent operational characteristics. The grease grooves cut on the rail-guides keep it lubricated.

it can probably handle an sp140 without stripping, but a 140 spring will put allot of wear and tear on your gun so i wouldn't go past a 130 (a 130 spring will get you about 450fps)

Looks like a good piston, should last about 60,000 rounds with a 120 spring (just my estimate)
