"It's a great magazine, the shipping time was way too long. I ordered this product on August 6, 2021. It arrived on August 31, 2021. I almost thought it was lost in the mail. Aside from the long shipping time, this magazine is much lighter than the drum magazine, it makes a world of difference when your Thompson feels 5 lbs. lighter. Overall, a great purchase, would highly recommend for all AEG Thompson users to equip the stick magazine if you want your gun to be lighter.

"3-4 times the size of a normal pistol magazine but costs half the price. Works really nicely too.

"These are great! I upgraded both my M1A1 Thompsons and they shoot at 25 rps and 35 rps and the mags still feed well. Same goes for the midcaps.

"I ordered one of these for my cousin. Works as a hi-cap should work. Taking it out is much smoother then with the mid-caps. Does not hold 420rd's holds around 360rds same as my old m4 hi-cap mag, exactly the same! I just filled my mag then transferred them all to this mag and it reached the top perfectly! He got another one of these at SC Viper for only $12 so this price is way to high. But I'm here to review the mag not the price.

5/5

Friendly tip, if you wind any hi-cap until you hear clicking it should empty your mag without having to wind it again, takes approximately a minute or so, works with M4, M14, P90, Thompson, etc. Make sure you don't make it click more then twice, I have not tried this, and I don't want to.

"All right boys and girls, I bought 3 of these and they all work good now. What i mean is, when i bought the 3 of them, one did not work. After about a minute or so of winding the mag that did not work, i started to see a piece of what looks like to be a rubber band in the mag being pushed up. So i went and got some nettle nose pliers and pulled out the piece of rubber band, and now it works perfectly! The gun i have is the cybergun Thompson M1A1. Time for pros and cons.

Pros:
-Hold a lot of ammo (420+ bbs)
-Made to last (More metal than plastic construction)
-The look they give the gun (Sexy)
-Operation is easy (Winding and filling)

Cons:
-Rattling of the bb's (But its a high cap)
-The price (should be 13-17 dollars)
-Might find strange problem with mags at first (Rubber bands = ?)

"I got this mag for my NonTokyo Marui Thompson M1A1 and it fits just fine. It also looks and feels the same as my other mag that came with my gun.

"When i got my cyma thompson gun the drum magazine did not work. When i bought this to replace it i didnt know if it would work but when i got it it worked very good.

"Great backup, no problems or jams! Get it! My drum mag broke and this almost as good!
by charles s. on 06/22/2008
"I have both the 70 round and the 420 round. They both work great . There is no jamming and are easy and fast to change when you run out of ammo. I have ordered a lot from this company and have had no problems. I have the Thompson M1A1 Military.

"The first mag that I received was feeding terribly so I contacted evike and they replaced it and it’s working like a charm, thanks Evike.

"fit King Arms Thompson nicely, a tiny bit loose if anything.
by Matthew M. on 04/25/2020
"The magazine works. It holds a lot of bbs.

Pros:
High capacity
Looks good

Cons:
Doesn’t feel quite as solid as my other m1a1 magazine
Requires more winding than other high caps

"Not 450 round but 380 round says the package
