MC Kydex Airsoft Elite Series Pistol Holster for 2011 / Hi-Capa Series w/ TLR-1 Flashlight (Model: Coyote Brown / No Attachment / Right Hand)

"This holster is awesome!

I just received this holster yesterday and immediately fell in love. It is solid and the multicam matches my 5..11 gear perfectly. This holster securely holds a wide verity of hicapas such as my custom tm hicapa (5.1), emg combat master (w/extended mag release), and even the tm extreme (4.3). note: extended mag releases don't seem to interfere with the holster however the kydex may go a little between the gun and mag release, personally I found it wasn't an issue though when testing it out. The kydex material used is very good quality and doesn't seem to scratch the slides, however it has only been 1 day so I will update this after it gets some field use. The main source of retention is from the tlr1 so I'm sure a clone would work just fine however it will not hold if you don't have a tlr1 style light attached. I personally matched the holster with the safariland 6004-16 MOLLE Locking System Accessory Locking Fork (Type: MLS 16) and it worked great. The holster also pleasantly came with 3 screws & nuts to attach to the compatible mount of your choice so no need to worry.

All in all 10/10 I will be buy another one!

"I got this holster for the novarisch ssp1and tlr-1 light. Initially was pretty discouraged cuz I couldn't really get the gun in or out of the holster even with the tension backed all the way off. Taking a closer look I can see the spine that the sights slide in is crooked and the sharp edges on the front of the slide were causing too much tension. Not sure if this is a qc issue(with the crooked sight channel) or if they are expecting a more milled slide like most high capas. After a few hundred draws and a really sore elbow the channel where the slide was catching has worn in and couple shots of silicone spray has made for a very tight snappy retention and I'm very satisfied with the product. Knocked off a star for the channel being warped to one side but the mechanical issue has gone away.
To anyone wondering this should fit your ssp1 with some elbow grease or a couple quick zips with a Dremel on either side of the sight channel

"Bought this holster for my EMG 2011 Salient arms 2011 4.3 with a TLR-1 HL.

The kydex holster feels thin and flimsy when compared to a trex arms holster. However it still feels sturdy and I’d trust it securing my pistol.

Out of the box, the holster didn’t fit my EMG 2011 Salient arms 2011 4.3
Was able to get it to work by using longer screws and removing the rivet and replacing it with another screw. After doing this the holster works perfectly.
