" It is heavier than you think it is. If you are thinking about putting this on an RPK I would stay away lol. It looks great and the finish is fantastic. I put it on my RPD for kicks and giggles and it is just absurdly heavy. Should be perfect for AK style rifles though. Keep in mind it will make your gun front heavy if you lack a heavy/wood stock.
" This ak suppressor is very high quality, it bring the whole gun together. It does add quite a bit of weight tho.
" I installed this on an E&L AK74. Little did I know, the E&L rifles have a 23mm or so thread, and I had to order an Angel Custom adapter. Another week passed, the adapter came, I installed it on the rifle. The suppressor sits on the adaptor, and the adaptor sits on the barrel threads. When the suppressor is installed on an adaptor, there is a small amount of headspace between the units, and depending on what rifle you install this on, can cause BB's to 'deflect' off of the inside of the suppressor if a Tightbore barrel isn't installed. However, if you play your cards right, this can be an excellent conversation piece and a convenient and original way to hide a longer barrel.
