"Works great for my Golden Eagle Block 3. Love that the magazine can be used to dry fire by the flick of a switch. Great gas efficiency too. 5/5

"Is there a drum mag what has this same part of the top mag ?

"This magazine is perfectly identical to the mags that came with my matrix/S&T rifle. Has worked great and I have skirmished it multiple times. Just the restock is annoying, but that’s evike’s fault not S&T

"As they come from the factory, these magazines deserve 2.5-3 stars in my view. They feed and dispense gas very well, and they are sturdily made. However, they are extremely difficult to load, and are prone to leaking due to common O-ring problems. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a $45 magazine, and the manufacturer needs to address these issues.

Fortunately, there are ways to make these mags worthy of five stars, but it will require extra time and money. One thing I learned from the outset was that you can use a pencil or thin screwdriver to depress the follower while loading BBs. If this is done at just the right angle, it makes loading significantly easier. It is, however, still a delicate and slow process. If you are willing to spend some extra money, the feeding issue can be solved entirely by going to cedar3d.com and purchasing one of there Odin speedloader adapters.

This should solve your loading troubles.

As far as leaky O-rings go, there are tutorials on youtube on how to disassemble this magazine and then add rubber gasket in the seal areas to ensure they do not leak.

With the addition of the rubber gasket mod and the odin speedloader, these magazines will serve you well.

"I bought 2 of these magazines and they both work in my EMG M4A1 gbb but they dont slide right into the magwell smoothly and you usually have to push the mag release in or wiggle the mag around in the magwell before it will fully insert. Otherwise, they work perfectly on semi and full auto. One of my mags lost an O-ring tho and I am unsure of the proper replacement.

"Has ordered a bulk of these. And 2 came completely defective. One was completely cracked release valve, other was stripped threading on magazine portion o fill valve. Other than that, the other mags worked fine. I just ordered replacement mags.

These mags require modding the feed lip to actually load bbs, but other than that a 9-12 second fill with propane will fire all 50 rounds and still have gas left over for next top off. These are just FACTORY mags to replace defective or leaking ones anyhow, so they do the job for what they are designed for. Parts for these mags are difficult to find, so having them in stock is something evike should keep in mind. Parts for aftermarket WA mags will be incredibly easier to source. As these are designed for Matrix/Golden Eagle specifically but can be used in all WA compatible GBBRs.

Can't wait for the polymer mags to be back in stock as they are more sturdy than the Stanag mags. I would suggest using magazine assists with these for more heavy, hardcore playtime.

"There is clearly something up with QC. I purchased 5 of these and honestly there pretty nice. Lighter then the one that came with my rifle, side by side then looked identical. My issue is that loading the nags is difficult because there a notch that wasn’t cut in. Lucky I’m use to loading .556 by hand but after 30 it’s a little difficult. All n all it’s a good magazine.

"I bought this for my EMG/Daniel Defense MK18 and I can confirm this works for the gun, but the feed lips are too tight to use a speedloader with it. My solution was to file down the lips after the warranty expired ( you can do that whenever but it will void your warranty). Also the fill value doesn't unscrew out of the magazine? I was experiencing leaks only while filling the magazine and tried to check the fill valve and I was unscrewing and unscrewing making no progress. This is a magazine that will work until WA/or another company wakes magazines compatible for the MK18. Nothing too special but better than nothing.

"nice magazines, but Ive been having troubles feeding BBS into them with a speed-loader, and cannot find a gbbr mag loading tool that works at all for it. other than that it works very well with this m4 :

oh also the ones i bought did not come with the fill valve o-rings, or they were really dry so you might have to buy your own.

"Does not fit a G&P WOC, its compatible but its just 0.5mm to wide to properly fit into the magazine well. It took pulling with two hands to get it back out.

"I would like to say that this magazine is perfectly fine when it works but lacks features that other expensive magazines like the GHK ones offer. Compared to the GHK it has less gas capacity as well as a lower overall quality. Depending on the temperature you should be able to get a full mag worth of shots but don't expect any more. These mags have issues with cooldown and seem to get cold relatively quickly. This magazine is also difficult to reload and requires a specific speedloader adapter. To be honest, I got one of these magazines out of a boneyard Golden Eagle GBBR that had leaking issues for the bottom seal. So I do not know exactly how long the seals would last from a brand-new magazine. What I can say about this magazine is that it is a nightmare to do maintenance on.

In total, there are 4 potential points for the magazine to leak; some worse than others. As stated above the first seal to go on mine was the bottom o-ring. Unfortunately for me, this o-ring is one of the only proprietary o-rings that come with this mag. If the bottom o-ring on your mag fails, good luck finding another o-ring because they don't sell the correct o-ring here on the website. You may see the King Arms o-ring set and think "Oh but the king arms o-ring set will fit, right" Nope! The King Arms seals are all proprietary for the King Arms magazine except the smallest o-ring. Among other complaints, the inlet valve on the back is a nuisance to change and the whole magazine is held together by like 8 pins that all need aggressive hammering to disassemble. To give you an idea about how annoying it is to disassemble this magazine, G&P literally released a $120 installation jig years ago that holds pressure on the magazine so you can hammer in the pins. I wish I was kidding about this, look it up for yourself (WA M4 magazine installation kit).

In all honestly, I don't think I can recommend this magazine because of the quality and potential maintenance that would need to be done on this magazine. If you need M4 magazines for your Golden Eagle M4 GBBR spend exactly $25.95 more on a better G.2 magazine (wink wink) and save yourself the trouble and headache if you plan to run this GBBR platform long-term.

"The mags are made amazing and feel great, however they can't hold enough green gas to shoot all 50 rounds. I get about 20 shots before the mag starts to run out

"Magazine works fine in the rifle but I have yet to find an easy way to reload - no speedloaders have worked yet and evike was no help at all on that front. At this point I’m relegated to hand loading each bb in one at a time.

"Recieved My GBB today, I bought an extra magazine with it. Neither mag will hold the gas. I can get about 20 rounds through them before they flake off and one of them looks used. The mag cannot provide full auto burst. It flakes off even faster. This doesnt reflect on the GBB it self. I think the quality is great but the mags REALLY SUCK!!
I will need to call envike to see what solution that they can offer. This is no good if I can only get 20 rounds through it.
