Golden Eagle M4 CQB-R Full Size Polymer Airsoft GBB Rifle

"This gun actually isn't that bad except for two problems one being that the bolt has a tendency to lock on empty like normal but once you tilt it or move fast it will fall forward which can be annoying and i literally cant find the hopup and its completely messed up it goes straight down after like 15 feet if anyone has managed to find how to tune the hop up please tell me thanks.

"Initially, I was pretty happy with this GBBR. It seems to be well built, and very realistic. I was amazed at the level of accuracy in the design, all the way down to the bolt actually tripping the sear for automatic fire just like a real M4. I was even able to install a magpul stock and handguard I had laying around.

Unfortunately with covid and everything else going on, I didn't have a chance to actually use it in a game until about 9 months after purchasing, and it performed terribly. The few mags I had fired after receiving it to test it out performed well, but after that, every few shots it will attempt to load two BBs at once and wedge them both into the rubber seal at the 'chamber,' one on top of the other. Since it doesn't properly cycle after it does this, it does not reset the valve in the magazine and just dumps all of the green gas, and then a pick has to be used or something run down the barrel to knock the BBs both out before it will function again.
I guess it will be good to practice transferring to a sidearm after a malfunction of my primary, but it is about useless for actual airsoft. The other reviews are pretty good, maybe I just got a lemon?

"Grabbed this as a back up rifle to my KJ works M4 because the KJ Works shoots around 450fps. Gun worked fine when it came. But i cant get the magazine to refill with gas. The nozzle seems larger than the ones on my 3 magazines for the KJ works (which fill fine) and the gas just ends up spraying everywhere except into the magazine. Maybe some compatible mags from a different company will get it to work, but im hesitant to spend money on some to find out.
