TMC Air Flow Bump Style Helmet (Size: Dark Earth / Large)

"GREAT BUILD QUALITY I got the large and I have a really big head and it fits great and is comfortable the helmet weight is a little heavy for the first day or two but u get used to it and is about 2-3 pounds I am currently building a marsoc kit and this is perfect and I plan on spray painting it of green

"First off: very sturdy. It's made of hard plastic and there's no bend or flexing on it. The helmet, with padding, weighs 2.5lbs. The Large size fits 58cm (22.8in) to 62cm (24.4in).

You will need to assemble the padding and outer Velcro once you get it. Make sure that the velcro gets pressed all the way on it due to bubbles that might occur along the edges and inside of it. There is an "instruction" like paper with it, but it's in Chinese/ Mandarin (idk what it is to be honest).

The padding covers the whole inside of the helmet, so if you want to have comms you'll need to have rail adapters or attach it to your vest or a throat mic.

Overall a really good helmet. If you want realism then this is the one to go for due to weight. Just be ready for any neck straining that might occur due to it.

"Well guys so I bought the helmet and must say I'm surprised of how descent this helmet is but I do have my complaints one of them is you have to install the Velcro patchs your self and I have a pretty decent size head and it will not fit any one over 7 5/8 in less you buy thinner pads.

Pros-
Thick construction not flimsy.
Pads are pretty good not the best but pretty good.
The Velcro that's included is good.

Now the cons-
You have to install the Velcro your self for pads.
Doesn't come with nvg mount.
Will not fit any one with bigger head then 7 5/8 in less you buy thinner pads.
I don't like the chin strap that's included but it's decent maybe not a con for some people.


So there's my two cents guys I would recommend it but you are going to have fiddle with it. Side note I don't think this is tmc doesn't feel that kind of flimsy and there are no marking on the box or helmet to say otherwise. Oh I did buy the large.
