" Love this saddle, used it for many hunting trips and range trips. Well made and highly recommend.
" Before this was invented, we used to make rifle rests out of PVC pipe and isomat foam and permanently affix them to camera tripods. This is so much more stable and reliable. I love the Hog Saddle. I don't even bother to put bipds on my guns. Getting a good firing position from the prone is sooo rare, it's just better to get a tripod that can get that low. It's even easier to get a steady shot using this than a bipod. You can literally just lock it in the correct position to aim at the target, and then not even be touching the rifle, except a finger on the trigger. For those long shots, you don't have to worry about your body throwing the shot off this way.
