"Ok to start of the gun is amazing!!!! I put .30 gram bbs in there and adjusted the hop up a little and it now shoots like a laser. I wanted a dmr because I don't like the bolt action on sniper rifles, this one looked the best and was all metal ( which I like) so all in all great gun.

"Waited to write this review until I fielded the weapon.

The quality is top notch. All machining is very well done. Considering the length of the weapon, the balance out of the box was surprisingly good. The weight of the receiver combined with the weight of the stock sits the balance point at the receiver where it should be. This makes it very easy to handle considering the length.

Out of the box the weapon chrono'd 447fps plus or minus 2fps. Very consistent and showed the quality of the compression system. The gears were shimmed perfectly. There was no wobble and all spacing looked spot on. Best shim job I have seen on any stock weapon.

I did upgrade mine a bit to meet local field rules on DMRs. By changing to a full cylinder with double O-ring cylinder head and a matching piston head, I achieved 470fps on the stock 120 spring. Upping the spring to an M125, I'm shooting right at 500fps which is local field limits. Since I did not increase the spring much, trigger response did not suffer. Note: The stock nozzle does not have an O-ring, but I did try a couple other that did. Overall the stock nozzle works the best with the hop unit, so don't worry about upgrading it. I did flat-hop it, and am shooting with a good grouping at 250'.

Overall this is a great weapon out of the box, and takes very minor upgrades if you choose to do so. You won't regret your purchase.

"This rifle is fantastic! Seriously, dont think twice. You cant go wrong. I must say, i have grown to not like the fixed stock and am changing it to an adjustable. Other than that, i am a happy camper :)
