"Excellent tool to combat heat and stay hydrated.

To start, I'm using 1 iceplate in my Condor plate carrier. Mid day, I swap it for 2 Iceplates to keep me cool and hydrated through the game day.

They are well build and sturdy, and with slight contour fits well to my body. Iceplates will fit in place of dummy strike plates or can be strapped underneath your plate carrier/vest/backpack.

During a hot day, they can last up to 3-3.5 hours.

They only issue I have is with default bite valve, it can slide off during the normal use and handling or can get dirty. I replaced it with Camelbak HydroLink bite valve with On/Off feature and used Emerson Hydration Tube Cover to camouflage blue hose.

A must have for anyone who gets hot while wearing a fully loaded plate carrier.
