The DYTAC team has over a decade of experience in Airsoft manufacturing and computer assisted product development and design. We keep up to date with real firearms development and knowledge, and understand how real firearms and Airsoft function to form a sophisticated knowledge pool for our brand. We also understand the purposes, capabilities and limitations between real firearms and Airsoft, and our design reflects upon this understanding by merging the functions suitable for use on a real firearm in Airsoft, at the same time complimenting the internal functions of an Airsoft gun or accessory.
(Write a review) "I will be going over the externals and part of the internals in this review, but I can not talk about the stock performance as I gutted the gun right away. The externals felt sturdy and was extremely light due to the material (aluminum). Includes the foregrip, "iron" sights (polymer of sorts? It felt very cheap), and 2 KeyMod railings. The motor grip is a BCM Mod 3 replica with a piece that goes into the grip to hold the motor in place. It uses a hex screw to adjust the motor height. The stock does not have space for a battery in the back as the sides do not come off like other crane stocks (I also couldn't pull off the back). Dust cover DOES NOT close on this rifle. The charging handle can be pulled back as usual in order to adjust the hop-up, but does not lock back. The bolt catch on this rifle is just for looks. The hop-up was a rotary style hop-up and I was slightly disappointed when I found out was that it WAS NOT metal as described. It was a faded red plastic/metal (?) hop-up and had a normal nub instead of the advertised H-Spacer as well. The gearbox is your standard 8mm v2 gearbox which was, to my surprise, already radiused at the front. Comes with 8mm bearings and has the quick change spring feature. I was not able to chrono the gun with the stock parts. The mid-cap that came with the gun was also pretty nice as it features a follower to push all the bb's up (fed practically all bb's consistently). Overall, I was pretty happy with this buy since it was not map protected at the time and was relatively inexpensive compared to other brands.
+ Solid externals
+ Light due to material
+ Free railings and other furnishings
+ Mag is nice
+ Radiused Gearbox
-+ The motor grip is nice, but the piece that sits inside to adjust the motor height was a nuance to work with.
-+ Dust cover does not close (some people like it, some don't. I personally don't mind)
-+ KeyMod can be a turn off for some
- Bolt cover does not lock back / Bolt catch is just for looks
- Hop-up was not metal and did not have an H-Spacer (plastic/polymer rotary with normal nub)
- Bolt cover is extremely cheap and feels similar to 3 sheets of paper "Build quality seems good.
Has a decent weight for a small gun.
Quickish change spring.
Pistol grip was a pain getting to the motor, but has a nice feel.
Selector switch is smooth.
Trigger pull is a little heavy, not bad though.
Dust cover doesnt shut, bolt doesnt lock.
Came with 2 extra rails.
Rate of fire was faster than I thought It would be, it's nice.
Good gun overall, didnt come with any broken parts. Write a Review
