"great carrier im a larger guy and if you set it up right it fits nicely and looks good. i can also run my real plates. would recommend getting comfort pads for the shoulder straps.

"So I received this product a couple of weeks ago, and was surprised to find out that it actually included foam plates to insert at the bottom of the vest. This vest is VERY SMALL, this is not a con however since I am a kinda small guy, but if you're big I would not recommend this to you. But the JPC is small, light, and agile, just how I like it. It has an insert for 3 mags. My only real con with this is the straps that actually hold the vest together, which are made of a rubbery substance.
