"Fits well on a A&K 249. This is one cast piece and the face of the tube inside the gun can be drilled out to the ID of the inner tube allowing you to run extra wiring or batteries that would fit in a normal m4 buffer tube. To access all you have to do is pull the upper pin, takes 10 seconds.

"This is s great upgrade for anyone looking to ditch the full stock or para stock off your m249. It’s also great for a Mk46 build. I installed on an A&K m249 with no problem. I will say some le stocks wouldn’t go on such as standard black ones off sportline model m4s. I was going to use one I had laying around but it was too small to fit this buffer tube. No issues with any after market brand stocks!

"This thing is very poorly thought out. The screw and nut you use to keep it attatched to the butt-plate comes loose even with Lock-Tight. I had to JB-Weld it on to the buttplate to make it stable. It makes the M249 much easier to maneuver but needs better hardware.
