"Great plate carrier! Many plate carriers are too small for me and this one fits great and is very adjustable in the shoulders and waist. I am 6ft and 205lbs with a muscular build. High quality construction.

My only gripe would be too much Velcro, add clips for fast removal.

"This vest is excellent. I am about 5-8 and it fits very well since it is adjustable! fits a variety of sizes, even people shorter than i! comes with an integrated but removable chest plate (plastic shield) in the front and back of the chest. the areas where patches can be put are excellent and the mag pouches are very compact. i reccoment putting even more molle pouches on here and this vest can be the ultimate gear load. 5 out of 5 recommend it!
