"Just received this gun yesterday, haven't had much time to doof around with it, but first impressions are nice.
Assembly was easy, just two screws in the stock and thread into the receiver using the included 6mm Allen Key.
The hop-up is located inside the gun accessed inside the magwell, using another included Allen Key, so zeroing this thing is going to be a bitch. Honestly I can't fuckin understand why companies keep putting the hop-up on sniper rifle is this stupid fuckin location.
The stock is nice and sturdy. There's no creaking or rattling at all.
The bipod options are fantastic, though I had to do some looking on how to install a Harris style bipod, but in the end it worked out great. My only wish is that the Harris mount gave you enough room to mount the legs pointing back rather than forward, as I think forward facing looks goofy. However doing so would cover the magwell unless you had the legs deployed beforehand.
The scope rail is nice, and is on a good level with the adjustable cheekrest on the stock. No matter what scope you choose to use with this rifle, the between the rail hight and the cheekrest, your stock scope rings will work just fine, no need to buy aftermarket.
The bolt might just be me. This is my first sniper rifle, and I wanted to go with gas rather than spring, with the notion that a gas bolt would be easier to pull back than a spring bolt - but - this one has a little resistance to it. It may just need to be broken in though.
This gun uses Green Gas, which is filled by pulling the bolt back, which uncovers the gas fill valve on the bolt itself.
Not much else to say about this thing. I'm happy with the purchase, but for what it offers a part of me also wishes I'd saved another 70$ and just gotten a spring type that I could upgrade for the aforementioned 70$, and then I wouldn't need to carry green gas in my drop bag on the field, and for that I wish it was a gas mag instead.
The description they have on the page doesn't give a lot of info.
The last thing I'll say about this gun, this motherfucker is HEAVY. Like 14 pounds heavy. I'm glad I got an aftermarket sling for it because holy shit, carrying this thing full time in your arms alone would be murder. Once it's slung over your shoulder/back, it rests very well and the weight is displaced evenly enough for it to feel comfortable. Get a good sling.
