"While we are not Asian, I decided to give these a try for my 14 year old son. We live in Panama (Central America) and play in the tropical jungle. You do not get much more humidity than that! Yet these suckers do a very good job at keeping fogging at bay. These are my son's favorite goggles and the ones that best control fogging in our conditions from what I have seen. highly recommended.

"Yes this will work for East Asian facial builds. The motor isn't loud and you think it may not be working. I always check before I enter a game by putting it next to my ear. However playing in humid Maryland summers or super dry heat of SoCal, it has yet to fail me... except for the one time I left the fan running and the battery died. At least you can easily replace it with the common AA.

My only gripe is that the battery compartment is not streamlined with the whole unit. I learned to ignore it however.
