The Matrix Level-1 series of vests is a new family of low profile plate carriers that takes many of the popular design cues of the best selling vests on the market and makes them more efficient and user friendly. Designed to accept large size 9"x12" dummy SAPI plates, the Level-1 is compatible with a wide variety of training and mock SAPI plates as well as certain hydration plates. Up front is a triple magazine pouch that has come to be expected on most low profile plate carriers as well as a full compliment of MOLLE webbing for easy addition of more pouches. Where the Level-1 differs from other vests is in the cummerbund. Where most low profile plate carriers use a hook and loop skeletonized cummerbund, the Level-1 utilizes a tri-buckle design that offers the user easier donning and doffing, as well as a wider range of individual sizing adjustments. The Level-1 is a low profile all in one plate carrier solution at a price point any player can afford.

"It's easily a 5 Star, and everyone knows that.

HOWEVER, i want to mention that mine came with two plates (front & back) without it being stated in the description. It's a good thing cause that means I don't have to spend my cash for plates. Unfortunetly i bought some plates along with this, so i ended up having to return it for my money back.

"If you are a beginning airsofter who has an M4/M16 style gun, go for this plate carrier.

Pro:
-Flexible for different sizes. You can change the shoulder straps, and the side clips to fit your needs.
-Comes with 3 integrated M4/M16 style pouches
-Roughly a 6"x3" hook and loop space for your patches
-A lot of room for you to apply on pouches you want

Cons:
-There are none...

"Im a referee at a local field so I wear this mainly as protection from ricochets or players that like to shoot whatever moves. I have worn this for about 24 hours over the past weekend working and let me tell you, bang for your buck.

Pros:
Light
Comes with foam plate inserts
Holds 3 mags really well with extra molle space too
easy to adjust once you get the hang of it
feels very secure
PATCH SPAAAAAACE!!!

Cons:
Foam plates make you heat up absurdly fast especially in Arizona 103 degree summer
Tricky to adjust the shoulder straps
6 total buckles which is annoying more than a problem

Overall, if you dont want to spend a bunch of money, and dont plan on putting real plates in it and want to look cool, just get it. You won't regret it.
