Open Box Item - A Mystery Airsoft Gun with value over $140

"Hey guys. Ordered this box a few weeks ago and it finally came. Super psyched to get an AW VX0101! The thing is blacked out and super cool. Not sure why, but all the parts that are chrome/silver on the standard are black on mine, but I love it. The hex design and cut outs on the slide are eye catching. Very happy about the results of this little gamble. Just shot it today for the first time, as I didn’t have any green gas. Shoots great and was in Brand New condition. "I got an AW Custom hex cut G18c, very happy with it. I was hoping for a "Glock" because I have Glock parts for my Glock 19 and I didn't want to buy new attachments if I didn't get another Glock. So, now I don't have to buy an extended magazine.

"Got this on sale for $ 95 and ended up getting hte Cyma cm.009a1 M16a1 knock off. Absolutely no marks, dents, or scratches, and it works great. We were hoping for a lightweight AEG to do CQB with and this feels light enough to move around with. I didn't hit the million dollar jackpot with this one, but I'll take $60 off a solid airsfot gun any day of the week.

"Got a King Arms PDW 9mm pretty decent build quality. Fits 11.1 valken and tenergy lipo sticks. Decent rate of fire with the 7.4 lipo. I'm probably going to upgrade the internals, piston, cylinder, gear set. It very loud when firing , definitely louder than my CA nemesis. I'm happy though with this purchase.

"I bought two of these boxes on sale for $95, so my expectations were somewhat muted. My assumption on purchase was that Evike was overstock on low-end (but full metal) AKs and were trying to get rid of them. When both shipped with a 7.7 lbs weight, I got nervous that I had gotten twice identical overstock AKs. Fortunately, I was wrong on both counts.

The first box was a CYMA M4 (full metal as advertised) with a 10" keymod handguard, crane stock with battery compartment, and extended-paddle mag release. (https://www.evike.com/products/69788/). This was a $175 gun at the time of delivery. The rifle functioned as-advertised and the externals were very polished.

The second box was an AGM M14 (https://www.evike.com/products/27163/) in OD green, which was a $140 gun at the time of delivery (note that the regular retail on this mystery box is $150). This is, in my opinion, a questionable result to a box that advertises a "metal body" given both the heat shield and stock are ABS plastic; importantly, though, the top rail and some portion of the receiver are metal, so at least it appears to be reinforced in the right places. The rifle functioned as-advertised, and included a sketchy-looking battery and charger that I did not even plug in.

The first box was a clear success; while I was initially disappointed to see an M4, the M4 that did arrive appears to be good quality and well-equipped. On the second box, I would have been disappointed EXCEPT that I am a huge M14 fan and would have gotten this exact model if I hadn't been pushed into a G&G M4 for my first gun. So while I don't believe the AGM M14 really qualifies as a "metal bod(ied)" AEG, I don't plan on contesting the issue to Evike given I bought the mystery box at a steep discount and am a huge M14 fan.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with this mystery box and give it 5/5, though it would have been a more average experience had I paid full price. I recommend trying to catch it at a discount.

Not maximum value but for $75 that's a pretty decent deal.

"KWC co2 Desert Eagle! Lets gooo! Ive owned a green gas fn fns9 and it had hard kick. This gun has way harder kick! The downside to greengas guns is that the green gas has lubricant in it which gets on your hopup which messes up the accuracy/consistency so bad. But not with co2. Be cautious though, take proper care if you do get a co2 gun, add silicone oil to the orings and dont store co2 in the mag after the game. Also use the same brand co2 cartriages, they each have a slightly different head. Glad I got more than what I expected, worth the buy! If you dont care what you get, and want to be in for a surprise, I recommend you get this mystery box!

This is the 5th time I’ve ordered this mystery box and I’m still impressed. This time I got an Elite Force 1911 Tac. It’s the two tone Black and Tan. This is such a great deal. I mean that’s a $130 GBB for $75! Need I say more about it?
