"So, my brother and I bought one each and it's been half year already we did a custom paintjob on them, they look scik haven't had any feeding issues, even though M16 magazines fit a little tight and you have to give a bump, still it is great.

"The gun is literally amazing for its price and is a great starter gun. I suggest that you do get a sight for it though. Also m4 mags don't work so don't try.

"This gun is an all plastic gun that DOES NOT take M4 mags. I bought 2 mags for it first I ordered was a flash mag it went in but did not clip. I also ordered a camo m4 mag it would not go in.

this gun comes with a 7.2 volt battery buy a 9.6 volt battery.

In the end I am happy I purchased this because it is fun to play with.

also the gearbox is plastic.

"Like William said, and I quote, "Seems like a plastic gearbox." It is a plastic gear. He also hit the main points with his pro and con list. I do have something to add though... Another pro is that it does accept Pmags and all other m4/m16 style mags. A con how ever the motor has a HIGH POSIBILITY of siezing up, happened to me with my first one, but that was a bad egg.

"ok so first off I've had this rifle since November, got it to just go play at a friends house. First things first weight of the rifle leaves a lot to be desired, the gear box is ok, and its nice because it uses M4/M16 mags. Did i make a mistake buying it? no i didn't. This thing has had around 6 or 7 full mags with no problem, each one varying for .12 and .2 gram bbs. It comes with a 250 round hi cap magazine. Buy a new battery, comes with a 650 mAh 7.2v battery. The sling it comes with can be used as a one point. Removable rear sight, and standard rails for optics and accessories. So now for the pros and cons:

Plastic Body (for some also a pro)

No jams yet, and it is still going. Its actually not a bad gun. My friends actually borrowed during one game. In my opinion not a bad gun.

"First warning sign is that it has 340 fps with .12 bbs, not .20s.

made of cheap plastic
extremely hard to get to the internals, hop-up, and gearbox
ugly (personal preference, not a fan of hk-416 or the quadrails)
pretty poor rof (game face 76, another cheap option, has way better rof with same battery)
not very accurate at any distance
pretty poor range
stock and batter rattles
rear sight blocks everything but a small sight picture
plastic gearbox (you could save up 50 more dollars and get a cyma ak with metal gearbox and better fps and performance)

I think you get the idea. For backyard airsoft, or for just messing around with friends, or for kids (like young kids) not a bad gun. For any field or more ... advanced... war, will be quickly outgunned but sligthly more expensive guns.

My friends, brother, and I used these and cheap co2 pistols for years playing around in our backyards, and back then these things seemed amazing. Overall, I would only recommend for kids messing around in the backyard at close range.

"Of course it goes on sale right after I buy one. This thing is a really good deal for beginners like me. At least its better than the "Sig Sauer Patrol Kit". Glad to see that someone is looking out for us poors. From the videos I've seen, it comes with a sling, battery, basically everything you need to get started. Just be sure to get some good quality pellets.

"I bought two of these for my sons as their first airsoft AEGs. The kids love them. For a beginner gun they shoot hard and accurate with 20 gram bbs. We bought 6mm ProShop Midcap 140 rounds mags for these guns and they fit perfectly. The flip up sites are nice as is the handrail.

My only gripe with these guns is that the plastic can be a bit flimsy. One of my sons ended up cracking the lower receiver right above the front pin all the way up to the rail making the barrel wobble all over the place when running...risking even further damage. We were very disappointed, but we grabbed some black electrical tape and went to work taping it up. Now it feels much more solid.

Other than that, this gun is fantastic and I would definitely recommend it for a beginner AEG that won't break the bank, looks good, and performs very well in close quarters. Just keep in mind that the gun is all polymer and won't hold up to much abuse so be careful with it. Treat it right and it should last much longer.

"This is a good starter AEG, it is decently accurate feeds well and gets decent fps. My stock is coming loose after a few months of use, but other than that it has held up fine.

There are no instructions on taking it apart, and I don't think it will come back together if you take it apart so I would say no after market upgrades

"I love the gun itself. The rails are a bit too large. After you put the mag in you will need to crank a few more bbs into the mag to actually shoot. May just be mag issues. I haven't gotten a new mag to see. GREAT BEGINNER GUN!
