"Just got this. I am 6 foot 210 pounds but after loosening the straps and shoulder pads I feel really comfortable with it on if sweaty. The base material is 6mm thick polyfoam and the 9mm thick rubber pieces are riveted so those are not coming off easily. There is a redesign the molle loops are bigger but still can't hold more than a small medic pouch or 2 small mag pouches on each side. The large pads above the pecs now have large velcro patches 4 inch wide 3 inch tall. The rings above the shoulders I clip attached my rifle too so it hangs in front of my right chest. Or you could use the rings to hold a quick detach backpack.

"Okay here is a funny one. When I got the 2 pieces I ordered. The back panel was attached backwards. LOL But all-in-all a great product.

"I wear this under my gi for training and makes me look buffer and gives good impact protection. Great vest I just ordered a second one
