KWA is proud to announce their newest line of Airsoft AEGs, the Ronin series of AEGs. Designed from years of feedback from loyal customers, the Ronin series of AEGs now feature modular, interchangeable upper receivers, allowing the user to use any upper in the Ronin series, on any Ronin lower. One lower, a multitude of possibilities. Depending on which Ronin model you choose, the Ronin upper receivers feature either Keymod or M-lok compatible rails, allowing for use with most popular accessories on the market.
Externally the Ronin series features enlarged trigger guards, ambidextrous fire controls to improve weapon manipulation, as well as a custom mock suppressor for a more aggressive look as well as a PTS Enhanced Polymer Grip and PTS flip up back up sights.
The Ronins aren't just window dressed, the external upgrades are only over shadowed by the internal upgrades that KWA had outfitted the Ronin with. One piece rotary hop up, reinforced radiused gearbox and switch life extender ensure that the Ronin series of AEGs will continue to perform reliably in even the worst of conditions.

" Just purchased and out of the box the Recon has performed well. It has a great trigger response, is accurate (still haven't totally broken it in yet), is consistent to feed and provides great tactile feel with the kinetic feedback and the bolt lock back feature for empty KWA mags. Works as advertised. The only negative feedback I have for the time being is the rear sight that came with it is slightly loose however that can be tightened easily, and the crane stock can be a little finicky to close without the wires getting in the way. BTW depending on the size of surpressor you may have to get a slight barrel extension so the surpressor can screw on without contacting the stock (bt tracer unit in my case). Awesome product. Will update if status changes in the next couple of weeks.
" Out of all of the Ronin series the recon version is my favorite by far, but i would not recomend this for a beginner on a budget.
" I regret buying mine. I struggled to get through a few hours of playing airsoft without my rifle having to be worked on. It finally stopped working altogether just short of the 3 month warranty and now its been 3 weeks back at kwa and now I'll miss a awesome play this coming weekend. A fellow player said that his quit working also so he just got rid of his. Its just got too much going on with the recoils system and empty mag disconnect i guess. Id recommend something else.
