The AK platform has been proven time and time again as not only one of the easiest platforms to learn and operate, it has also come to be known as arguably the most durable AEG platform. Unfortunately the AK platform, while being iconic is design, suffers from outdated externals and furniture. Enter the Kinzhal from Evike.com. Based upon the ever popular and reliable Cyma ak-74 KTR, the Kinzhal combines the best of old world rifle design and modern tactical accessories. The front of the AEG has been modified with a Magpul Moe AKM handguard which when paired with the railed gas block featured on the Cyma KTR, transforms the front end of the Kinzhal. The MOE AKM hand guard not only looks good but offers several ergonomic advantages over the standard hand guard, most importantly is the ability to add a vertical grip. To take advantage of this, the techs here at Evike.com have used the Magpul M-LOK MVG in conjunction with the MOE hand guard to aid the operator in controlling the Kinzhal and to improve functional design of the AEG. On top of the Magpul hand guard the Kinzhal features a railed gas tube system. This rail allows the mounting of an optic which is placed in a advantageous position for the AK platform. Our techs installed the Avengers T1 dot sight due to its small profile, quality optics, and quick target acquisition. To further improve upon the ergonomics of the AK platform, our techs have installed a US Palm AK grip as well. This grip not only improves the operators comfort while employing the Kinzhal, it also improves the rate at which the AEG can be manipulated and maneuvered due to the shape and design of the grip. To finish the Kinzhal off we have ditched the standard magazine and flash hider in favor of a PTS PMAG mid-cap and a Angel custom special forces flash hider. With these improvements upon the standard AK design, the Kinzhal is ready to place round after round of 6mm upon the enemies of the one who wields it. Being the perfect length and sporting advantageous accessories, the Kinzhal will fit in perfectly in mid range encounters or fold the stock and demoralize the enemy by getting close and taking them out,
