"I wanted to wait to review this until I had put a fair amount of BB's through it and 5000 later here I am. Great little gun for the price, lots of compliments from other players, it's nice to see something that isn't an M4 (or variant of) sometimes. Very realistic weight and high quality polymer doesn't look like it will break easy. The folding stock is a huge plus, you can actuate the release very easily with your thumb and push it out of the way very quickly while negotiating small hallways and then just as easily remount the stock for open areas. Lots of rails to fit lots of add-ons. The EBB is a nice feature, makes the gun feel a little more alive in your hands when firing. Hop up is very easily adjustable. All around I am very happy with my purchase with only a few cons listed below, also to all the people I've seen that are having trouble with the stick battery and not being able to use the charging handle, I went with a Valken 9.6v battery which after a little comparison I noticed that the cable was just a little longer, but long enough to where you can fold the cable up behind the battery with absolutely no interference to the "cocking" mechanism.
UNIQUE (Everybody has an M4)
Good quality polymer body
FPS great for CQB (Stock Average 347 FPS)
Accurate for a short barrel
Tight iron sights, they haven't fallen out of adjustment yet.
The fire select switch...1st the location of the fire selector is almost too close to the grip, I've knocked it out accidentally a few times mid fire fight. 2nd the switch does not positively click in to the different positions, it's a little sloppy.
The body has a little more wobble and play than I am happy with for a gun at its price point, You can hold the pistol grip and fore-grip and feel the lower receiver moving if you flex the gun.
Other than those two cons I have found no other problems, great gun, can't wait to throw some upgrades in to it and really see its full potential "I've owned this SMG for nearly a year and have put an estimated 8000+ rounds through it. The internals are still 100% stock and I haven't had a single problem with the essential operations of the gun. It will always fire. The stock folds and snaps into position like a dream. im even a little hard on it Sometimes and ive noticed no wear on it yet. The matrix stick batts fit with ease inside, but the valken variant is a little tight. It will fit, but it will keep you from racking the charging lever into its locked position. Still able to access hop up no problem. The molded plastic sling points are holding up surprisingly well showing only slight cosmetic wear. EBB is snappy and loud and can be safely disabled rather easily by removing a sliding plate on the top of the gearbox.
I am using a red dot, as I'd wager with kit on its nearly impossible to align the iron sights. This thing is a tried and true CQB hoss. It's a front heavy beast that will hog out .28 beebs to 110 ft very accurately. I'd gladly take the 5yd drop in distance for a tighter pattern and better stopping power. Believe me a few shots on target and people will call their hits.
All around great CQB gun and a unique choice in a sea of M4's. the differences in comp and elite version are apparent and worth spending the extra cash. This gun will not let you down. "I've had this gun for a good while now and to be honest i couldn't be happier. This gun shoots great with .25s and a 9.6. The blowback feature is amazing, it'll seriously put the fear of God in your enemies. The charging handle is fully functional and allows you to do the sweet, SWEET "H&K slap". This gun has a solid weight to it and is a tad bit front heavy, so i'd recommend getting a grip for this beast. The iron sighs are nice but aren't detachable so make sure you pick up a scope riser mount if you plan on getting a red-dot.
-Sweet, crisp blowback
-Fully functional charging handle
-Awesome for CQB and is surprisingly very effective also.
-Battery compartment is pretty small (You can't pull back the charging handle all the way with a 9.6 battery in unless you scrunch up all the wires).
-BEWARE: NO BARREL THREADS! Read More Reviews Write a Review
